Our company has used Richard Wilcock Builder on two occasions, both in commercial developments – one a total commercial fitout and the other a major renovation.  Richard understood what was needed to build to the relevant building codes, advised, supervised and managed all the subtrades.  The work was completed to a very high standard, on time and within estimate right up to final permit sign off.   As absentee owners, we were kept well informed of progress.  We were impressed with his attention to detail and the fact that even minor things mattered.  We will most certainly use Richard and his team again. 

Richard proved to be a great find. He and his team always found solutions to problems and were able to make suggestions to enhance our plans. Nothing was a problem. This was all capped off with an engaging manner but all the time doing a very professional job and delivering an excellent product.

We employed Richard to add a second storey extension to our house. He was very easy to work with, honest, reliable, approachable and listened carefully to our requirements. He offered sound advice and worked well with the architect. We were very pleased with the end result and would be happy to employ him again.
